What is Discipleship?
What are the elements involved in being a well-balanced disciple? We will use three words to describe discipleship at Hosanna:
Up, In, Out
UP
When you engage the heartbeat of Lutheran worship, the forgiveness of sins (Christ at the Center), and that the means of grace are the ways we receive Jesus and the benefits of His death and resurrection and are thus transformed.
When you are actively engaged in corporate Bible study as a church family and are continually transformed.
IN
When you share life together and bless each other with your presence and gifts for the good of one another. Realizing we are stronger together than apart.
OUT
When you serve the community beyond Hosanna with Christ’s love and are eager to share the Good News of what Jesus has done for them.
